She was involved in the Dance Theatre Performing Arts Company, in which she performed annually and her senior year self-choreographed a piece for the showcase.

After graduating college, Sarah moved to Southwest Florida and began teaching at a local dance studio in Bonita Springs.  Soon after Sarah opened the doors to her own studio  in the Fall of 2011.  Sarah continues to train with dance professionals in master classes from all over the world.

Since opening Bourne 2 Dance, Sarah has helped train her dancers to strive for excellence in and outside the dance room.

Sarah entered the world of competition with her dancers 10 years ago and has many overall high scores, special awards (including Best Choreography, Most Entertaining, Top scoring piece of the competition and many more).  Most importantly she teaches her dancers that we are only in competition with ourselves.
